Order Processing

Orders placed on www.vetraj.com are processed within 24–48 working hours (Monday to Saturday, excluding national holidays). You will receive an order confirmation by email and WhatsApp once payment is verified.

Delivery Timelines

Vetraj ships through reputed courier partners across India. Standard delivery timelines from the date of dispatch:

• Metro cities: 2–4 working days
• Tier-2 / Tier-3 cities: 4–7 working days
• Remote / non-serviceable pin codes: 7–10 working days

Doorstep services (home consultation, grooming, vaccination, sample collection) are scheduled with you over phone or WhatsApp at the time of booking.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout based on order value, weight, and destination pin code. Orders above ₹999 typically qualify for free standard shipping within India.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, the courier's tracking number and link will be shared on your registered email and WhatsApp. You can also contact our support team at any time for an update on your shipment.

Undeliverable or Missed Deliveries

If a courier is unable to deliver after three attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse. We will reach out to reconfirm your address before reshipping. Charges for repeated reshipment due to incorrect address or non-response may be passed on to the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, tampered with, or contains an incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@vetraj.com or messaging us on WhatsApp at +91 95686 06006 with photos of the package and product. We will arrange a replacement or refund per our Return Policy.
